    And theres still those starts of course.
    There out of the corner speed was a little down, But you do get the feeling they have got something to work with now, And to be honest Mark was held up maybe 95% of the race, His last couple of laps were fast for 70+ laps on williams tyres with there problems, You could tell the look on marks face he felt like the car was good enough to be much higher, And by his face you can tell he thinks one got away on him.
    Now off to the Nurgburg ring now williams need speed But after the way they jumped up and down you would have thought they came 1-2 they were happy as a 18 year old kid with a Pro's free day voucher

    It has been said that Williams is about the best at engineering mechanical grip into their cars and it shows on a track like Monaco where generated downforce is minimal.

    i think what was getting to Webber was it was literally a team decision that robbed him off 2nd place. He knows he couldnt have won, he said himself Kimi was in a world of his own, but with 3rd alreadyand being held up alot by his own admission, i think he really wanted to see what him and the car were capable of

    The force was with Schumacher who rammed Coulthard out of the race.
    Would it be possible, to play forever?
    The conclusion reached was that a player is inevitably doomed to lose.

    Pat Symonds, Executive Director of Engineering
    “We gave the drivers a very difficult task today, and they responded fantastically: to finish the race with both cars in circumstances where it would have been extremely easy to crash out, is a real accomplishment. We chose the harder tyre for the race because we knew that rear tyre wear might be a problem on our car, but unfortunately, it exceeded even our most pessimistic predictions. We took a risk in pitting both cars when the safety car came out, but that wasn’t the critical factor today – it was the tyres. Now, we must analyse why we suffered so much with rear tyre wear where our competitors did not.”

    And the reason they had so much tyre wear was:
    - they pushed too hard trying to folow Kimi;
    - the car was way too heavy to be properly driven after their pit stops.

    I guess when he dreams away he dreams of having a good start, Not getting held up and only being 15 seconds off the leadaer who was hot all day and not held up

    Webber wasn't robbed, he was outsmartted by Heidfeld, just as Schumacher was smarter than Barrichello.

    Which team decision?
    If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.

    The Williams decision to bring Heidfeld in a lap earlier than Webber when they realised how much they were being held up by Alonso.

    Yep. As much as Nick would have wanted to come in you still got to say they wanted both in and they would have thought this will leap frog Nick over mark. If they didn't then there slow He They were getting held up bad. Nick did look a little embarrassed cause he is a nice quite bloke.
    But it might go to show there are no team orders there first in best dressed
