Ferrari Track Day - FXX, F40 etc

    Hey Guys,

Yesterday I attended a local Ferrari Track Day in Toronto. The weather was perfect and there was a great turnout including a FXX and F40. Thanks to a very generous owner I was lucky enough to get a ride around the track in the F40 during lunchtime. I've been around the track in a few cars, but I have NEVER felt acceleration like that. The look of the car is also phenominal.

As for the pictures, I really wanted to get unique angles and details this time around. You may notice that some of the photo's may look a little confusing, but that is what I was going for! I love capturing details on the cars that no one really notices.

    Enjoy,

Amazing photo's you got there. What camera and lens are you using? Do you use a tripod as well?

Real nice pics - could have come straight from a mag, lovely and sharp.

Also, was that the F40 you got taken round in? It looks like a Michelotti engine'd car - if it was, and is, you should consider yourself very lucky... that's pretty much the rarest car this side of a McLaren LM.

WOW! I wish I was lucky enough to find these cars by my neighborhood AND catch them on my camera too. I really don't have any racetracks by where I live.

Are you speaking of the F40 LM/GT/GTE? If so, then no, it's not.
