No, it was shown as a Concept at Tokyo/Japan in 1991. One month before the Avus Quattro Concept (the silver car in the third picture) was shown at the IAA in Frankfurt Main/Germany.

Many Audi fans asked for them to buy, but Audi hadn't have the encouragement to bring us these two cars and so you can see them both in the Audi Museum in Ingolstadt/Germany.

That first pic makes me think VW Nardo/W12 thing. Maybe it's just the colour that throws the eye though.
