I also need to buy a surfboard for it to hang out the back window.
Cool, if it was a stripper model add whatever trim you want. How's the axel tramp when that 454 hooks up? Great color BTW.

As to the board, puh-leeze, only if you surf. (my bus carries when waves are up, not a prop. boards for show are the equivalent of fuzzy dice or drive-in baskets with plastic burger 'n fries at the show & shine.)

Surprisingly it hooks, even with bias ply tires. Until it just roasts them.

I roll with fuzzy dice in my daily.
What about wood flooring in the back?

The look I'm trying to go for.

I've also been thinking about some drop spindles for the front and putting in a single piece driveshaft so it can take hard launches.

Hell, yeah. Put your car photos in the users rides thread, would be fun to see more!
If you've never visited the H.A.M.B., check these out for inspiration:

Posted this shot elsewhere on UCP, pretty nice detail and would be easy to do:

Those are the only pics I have of it from a year or two ago when I first built it with my uncle. I'll be sure to take more when it's back on the road.
I think I'd go with a more solid design with stainless pieces between the boards, kind of like how truck beds are made. I'd still like to be able to use the folding floor though.

I went professional too, from what I saw the extras in Ultimate aren't worth it and just create a few extra processes running on the system for no discernable benefit.

I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.
