    Fugi S3 Pro 20mm, 30 second exposure and I walked around the car, manually flashing it with my sb 800. The car sat in relative darkness, just like my Ferrari Tour de France shot from last week. This was taken at the Paddock area of Chuchill Downs.

    YES! Timothy has a 2002 in his picture !!!!

    @ John, how much is a photo pass at Laguna Seca, I would kill to be able to take pictures at those angles.

    I don't think they sell them. Typically, you need a letter of assignment for an accredited news or media outlet. You would then apply with the track prior to the event. I have annual credentials, or what is called a "hard card" through the American Le Mans and IMSA.

    Yeah... one appears "warmer" than the other. I'm guessing it's because of the hard sunset light warming up the light on driver's left. Keep in mind, the bulb is deeply recessed into the fender and covered with lexan.... so the ambient light would be reflecting through to an extent.

    If Henk had remotely any skills at cropping without losing all the quality I would have voted for him.

    The quality equipment and knowledge of Henk's gets killed by irfanview or whatever program he's using. The resize from high res to 800x600 just destroys the image imo. A more stylized/discreet watermark would be beneficial as well.

    This is not meant as an insult in any way, I think it just hurts your photographs henk.
