Is it like a windows scheme? I haven't heard of it, unless it comes with Alienware PCs...

its a program from Alienware, a cut down version of windowblinds, with an "Alien" theme - you don't need to buy it or buy an Alienware pc, it's free. Google "ALXMorph"
