Only moderately interesting moment was when Webber got airborne.

I sometimes wish we were in the times of the local yellows in stead of the safety car. The whole race got spoiled due to its use and even now the final result is still tentative.
It looked to me that although the accident looked very spectacular, in terms of danger afterwards, a local yellow would have been enough to clear out the mess, which was basically one car in the tyre wall, visible from hundreds of meters away.

    Man of the race: Kobayashi.

Webber getting airborne. Schumacher and Alonso being complete losers.

    Other than that completely forgettable.

Airbourne awesome or airbourne catastrophic? Webber's no stranger to catastrophic backflips in race cars...

Watched the race only from the 30th or so laps onwards.
DIdn't understand what happened with the safety car and why some cars are under investigation, still pretty solid race from Sauber and Kobayashi in particular, while Mercedes (or should I say Honda) seems to be back to 2007 or so. I don't think Schumacher is doing particularly bad, as the car isn't half good. The argument that in the old good days he was capable of excellent things even with a less-than-good car is pointless, not only because he is now 41, but because the whole Formula 1 thing is 20 years older.

Alonso was the main victim of Hamilton's illegal overtaking of the safety car. Otherwise he might have been able to stay with him.

I had more in mind Kobayashi's overtake (and yes I know, fresh tyres and everything).

Well I expected better from a double world champion in a much improved Ferrari in a track that was impossible to overtake.

well, you just gave the reasons and you still don't understand? And Kobayashi also overtook Buemi in the dead last corner...and the current WC Button was unable to overtake him....
