    The Truth about Drugs

    I understand it will be hard for some of you to change your anti-drug (or something similar) beliefs, but you’re going to have to, right? Sooner or later you’ll have to. I mean, that’s if you don’t want to be running around spreading false and misleading information all of the time.

    The governments have worked so hard to brainwash us all with propaganda, so of course there’s going to be some of us that have misleading views on drugs. There will always be people that know the truth about important subjects like this though. And some of them will always protest and/or debate the people that are spreading the lies.

    I’ll teach you some things right now, mmkay? The first reason cocaine, opium and cannabis (marijuana) were made illegal in the United States was because of racism. The second was because the police needed more work. Today, the main reason for cannabis’s illegality is industry profits. Hemp can take over the medicinal industry, the paper industry, the cotton industry, and the fuel industry etc. And you know that money is always the bottom line. Money is especially the bottom line for corporations, and we all know that corporations rule the world these days.

    I’m not telling anybody to do drugs; I’m just letting you know (through the weblinks) that there are positive uses with some of them, and that the 2 deadliest drugs are legal. These 2 legal drugs are coincidentally taxed drugs. Make no mistake, alcohol IS a drug. I get so sick of hearing people saying “alcohol and drugs”. There’s total hypocrisy going on, but nobody seems to notice it. They’ll have anti-drug specials right, and then when they go to break you’ll probably come across a pro-beer advert. Most scientists and doctors agree that alcohol (most socially acceptable drug) is the worst drug, worst as in most destructive. Look at this:

    Alcohol – the hidden killer
    Over 30,000 Australians lost their lives
    over the last decade from risky drinking(1)
    Excessive alcohol is a major factor in:

    • 30 percent of all road deaths;
    • 50 percent of cases of domestic and sexual violence;
    • 50 percent of violent crime;
    • 70 – 80 percent of night time assaults (2);
    • 25 percent of mental health disorders; and
    • 12 percent of suicides.

    I want people to know the facts about everything, and I want people to realize that our tax dollars are being spent on an un-winnable drug war. There are more hard drugs than ever before, and they’re cheaper and purer than ever before. Governments have even shipped in things like heroin themselves. Hah, they don’t want all crime off of the streets, because if that were to happen, there wouldn’t be any reason to have a police force. Oh yeah, and nicotine is THE gateway drug.

    Ecstasy seems to be the most demonized drug these days, but why? Alcohol is a lot more dangerous, and the main reason there’s that many people dying from ecstasy is because they’re not taking the REAL stuff most of the time. Usually it’s a cocktail of drugs like speed and heroin. So leave those horseshit ANTI-DRUG websites (that never contain any scientific evidence whatsoever) for a minute and check these out. After you’ve done so, try asking yourself this: “Who should I believe? Scientists which are always trying to find out the facts? Or politicians (usually liars) that know nothing about things like science and chemistry?”
    Remember, turn off the assumer and just read.

    Drugs are plenty bad. Even if not physically, it can harm you in other ways. The accompanying crime committed by addicts trying to get a fix they can't afford. I lost a great girl to drugs - she got addicted, couldn't pay, started sleepin with her dealer to pay for it all. Yes alcohol can be dangerous, but drugs have profound effects over the long term that alcohol typically doesn't, both physically and otherwise.
    An it harm none, do as ye will

    Approximately 79% of statistics are made up.

    I once heard a quote that went something to the effect of "Nothing is without poison, poison is quantity."

    It all depends on what sort of drug. IF you're using Methanphetamines, you'lll get hooked and possibly kill yourself. They're bad drugs. Marijuana unless used stupidly and excessively is not dangerous.

    and where did u get such informations from???

    the police didnt make those drugs illegal because they are all racist and have nothing else to do... that's the stupidest comment i've ever heard. The police didnt make the law... the government did and they did that because they want to make their country a better and safer place to live. Would u like it if everywhere u go u see stoned people lying on the streets, fight, steal etc? what image would the country get?

    of course not all drugs are bad... the misuse of the drugs thats bad. But most of them are very dangerous and deadly, like my cousin for example. A few years ago he took drugs and all that. He stops now but the drugs fuked him up and his brain, he now acts and talks like a little 10 year old boy... propaganda? pffft...

    I'm quite surprised that some people can believe in such stupid things. You're demonstrating that drugs can blow your brains out quite rapidly.
    When you explain why drugs have been banned, don't you imagine it happened just for an health reason? That the previous governments were concerned about the welfare of everybodywhen they were faced with the spreading of that fu**ing thing? and please don't tell me that a junky feels good cause it would be an unconsciousness proof. Take a look on the mind state of people who've been taking drugs for years and who want to stop because this shit has ruined their life...

    what some of you dont get is that people steal and kill for drugs because they are illegal. therefore expensive to purchase. if drugs were made legal, the drug market would drop like crazy.

    on a funny note, my friend back in highscholl used to get stoned (pot) before each test, and it worked for him. he had the best math grade in school, at the end of High scholl awards were given to the best students. (he got several, like 4 i think), when he ppicked up his last one on stage the principal asked," how do you do it thierry?" to which he replied... "High tims Mr.Richards, high times..." HUGE outburst of laughter from the crowd... the principal never got it.

    I don't care how safe or awful drugs are for you. Drugs still aren't going to do you any good. So why do them at all?
