Is it possible that it is one of the Hot Wheels made real? I know they made at least of couple of them into full-size vehicles.
They had some sort of competition where carmakers designed Hotwheels cars, but I don't think it swung the other way.
I'm with the rest of you. This car looks like something Peugeot would wrench from its id.
If only they'd build the 908, 907, or RC concepts...
But they've got a nasty habit of confusing productionable concepts with flights of fancy.

Some confusion seems to always happen over cars like this.
Peugeot have been running a competition since 2000 where ANYONE designs a "peugeot concept car" and submits it to their competition. So very many MANY cars turn up with the handle "peugeot concept" but in fact are private individuals entries to the competitions.
