Easy, 800hp + whatever hp gains come from whatever modifications have been done to the engine, so probably well over 1000hp going off the numbers from the other Koenigsegg's

Only the engine in this isn't the same as in road going Koenigseggs. This has a normally aspirated 5-litre V8.

I am watching the vid. That sound is stellar! It'll be great to see it actually race.

That is a cool car- very much like some sort of low-slung missile. Not a car to tangle with, and I wish Koenigsegg the best of luck in racing. I don't really like the company or cars, but respect them deeply.

A door that opened in the "normal" Koenigsegg way would block the front wheel, slowing pit stops that involve tyre and driver changes

I was also wondering, are there any regulations on this kind of thing - i.e., in case the car flips on its roof, the driver can still get out. I'd also think conventional hinges are lighter than the regular Koenigsegg type.

    yes and yes
Time to exit a car and access for marshalls to the driver. Of course also driver change time for longer events.
Complex hinge = more weight - bad

Yeah, the look great, but if they flip, have fun getting out.
