Brumos on the front row.. yay.

noto really a fan of the porsches but since they were headquartered down the street from my last place of residence, i decided i would pull for them in grand-am racing.

Unfortunately this racing has the ugliest prototypes in the world. I wish they would free up the rules a bit so that these things could look a bit more like ALMS cars. Otherwise I think this series is pretty good.

The great thing about going to this event is the sound of those Mazda's.

I hope his team wins in GT again. I've known two people who have died in automobile crashes.
Should Comcast, which is buying NBC, have more motorsports coverage on VERSUS and now NBC? Does North America need a racing tv channel? Find the answer to that exact question on facebook.

I agree. I'm pulling for one of the 430 Challenge cars to pull out an over all win. Who knows, maybe we'll get a class win?

The 430 and the M6 did horrible at Miller last year. I remember we were seated by the final chicane and the 430 made the most awful sounds as it downshifted into it. But it will be nice if they can be real competitive this season.

Sadly the 430's were never inn the hunt for this race and now way down the order.

Penske...what seemed to be a lock has now been squashed by an axle failure.

    Fantastic finish!

Close racing down to the wire.

That new Porsche engine is going to dominate the series...nothing can touch it from third gear on....not even able to draft.
