Is it just me or was that a first Honda engine failure in a long time??

Feel a bit sorry for Fisi, musta heated up his last corner a bit! Flames right in your face!!

EDIT: oh and I missed this, what happened between fisi and his pit crew over the radio that the commentators kept talking about, summin about them telling to get a move on!!!

I'd say that 4th place is a solid start. If Jenson hadn't had a problem I would have done better.

That chilled bit was to Alonso, not Fisi.

    Did they shout/swear at Fisi?

They didn't swear at Fisi, but Alan Permayne said something to the tune of "You've got the same car, same tyres, same fuel load and your 2 seconds a lap SLOWER than Fernando. That's just not acceptable!!!" Ouch!

Reportedly Flavio got on the blower later on to give him a personal Bollocking from on high, though sadly that wasn't broadcast.

A bit harsh from the team to allow broadcast of that message, Fisi gonna be even more gutted when he finds out about that! But hopefully it'll get him to pull his socks up. I used to get so frustrated when Trulli would seemingly be coasting around, then pick up the pace. I understand conditions change and the car gets into a groove, but sometimes you get the feeling that theyre not pulling their weight!

I feel its the principle behind it. If Jenson hadnt luckily (for Fisi) retired, then that would have been one position he could have made up but didnt through sheer lack of commitment/laziness. Later in the season when it goes down to the wire, every point will count.

Also, you can't not put in 100% and then complain that you always get the back luck in the team when your engine fails and say its ruined chances etc....

My strategy worked. First place is sweet, it's too bad Ali is tied w/ me.

But if Jensen had crossd the line which he could have that ment that he wouldnt be able to have new engine.

    Or something along those lines

Exactly, I think he could have scored 2 points from the position that he was in, but that would have meant he'd have to use the engine from Melbourne in Imola. That's some rotten luck though.

How was Ralf Schumacher NOT penalized!?
