the specs are similar (identical i would say) to those of the BMW V12, but i don't know anything about this car so it could be like you said, but the original displacement of the EB110 V12 was 3.5 litre, so it's nearly doubled, i would say it's a difficult thing to do and not so sense, since i would choose just one/two turbo at low pressure, the specs are not so high so the engine would still be quite "comfortable". the concept used a V12 6 litre with similar specs, but i doubt they use that engine. so, i simply don't know.

oh, damn, i didn't notice the 60 valves...stupid me...
what are you referring about with the example of the flat six and of the V12?
if you are referring to the fact that, from the appearance of those engines up to now they displacement is nearly doubled, it's a whole different story.
what i was say is something like this: in a Otto engine, the bore cannot be increased too much otherwise the combustion process will lost its efficiency, but doubling the stroke will bring you an engine with high inertia forces due to the very long distance that the piston has to run in a small time with high levels of accelerations, and it's probably that the revving of the engine is going to decrease for that, so performance. it's something you can do, but it requires some engineering works. a good tuner can sort it out, but i would have choose another engine.
