They have never had enough money, but last season they progressed well, I think.

I predict Alonso will be as annoying as always.

    Maybe more.
Lack of charisma can be fatal.

    What about Rosberg?

IMO, Williams might be a pleasent surprise. They might be the 3rd force if they stick to their winter testing form.

And maybe Red Bull could just finally get reliable and quick.
Would it be possible, to play forever?
The conclusion reached was that a player is inevitably doomed to lose.

Theyve had alot more than current though. Last year, Honda started limiting support and one of their main sponsors SS United defaulted on payments. Theyve been rumoured to have several Russian/Indian backers ready to get involved in the team, but they all want to put one of their own drivers in next to Sato, whilst Honda are basically saying any support from them is conditional on Davidson remaining.

Here are my predictions for 2008:

    1. Ecclestone will find new ways to get richer out of the fans and governments.
    2. Max Mosley will continue to change the rules, allowing the sport to become even more expensive.
    3. The British GP will be under scrutiny because of it's lame infrastructure and lack of proper access roads.
    4. Alonso will be slow but happy at Renault.
    5. Kimi will be fast but won't show any apparent emotion.
    6. Kovalainen will give Hamilton a run for his money, beating him fair an square at least a couple of times.
    7. Williams will not perform according to it's pre-season form.
    8. Piquet will crash quite a bit, including his teammate.
    9. Aguri will not finish the season (and probably not even start it).
    10. Ron Dennis will compain at more than 50% of the GPs of being at the end of pitlane.

Renault will get a 200 million fine for copying Mclaren

They're not at the end of the pitlane. They got the number 5 pit afair. The organisers thought it would be unfair to put McLaren in one of the smaller and worse-equipped end-of-the-lane pits.
It's not denial. I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.

Apparently they were going to get the 3rd garage until Renault made a fuss. Still, that means Ferrari, BMW, Renault, Williams and McLaren will hold the top 5 garages.

Davidson is a good choice not only because of Honda's money...
Well, anyway, the season will show everything

i agree with you, your predictions are quite realistic, maybe not all , but the majority.

Also Hamilton will be under immense pressure to live up to his 1st F1 season, it is possible that he wont perform as well.

they deserve being there, i dont understand why they are being lenient

according to where they stood in the constructors table in the end of the 07 season. Plus that would be unfair for the team behind them being pushed down .
