The shifter looks exactly my friend's mazda 3 shifter with the silver down the center and gear setups, and the center console door there is in the same place, but I don't see the handbreak and quite a few other things look different.
Looking online, infinitis use a similar silver center area, but their shifter is all in a line with a part on the side for the gate, and their panel setup is quite a bit different on every pic I saw. Its also not a ford, ford nobs are unmistakable.

It does look like a Toyota product to me as well. (Lexus, Toyota, it's all the same.)

It's too cool and simple to be European, yet it looks too high quality for a jap or asian car. But honestly, I can't think of anything non-asian that can look like this.
Here are the possible brands: Toyota, Nissan, Acura, Ford.
Yet somehow, it really reminds me of Jaguar...
