    My Babies.

These are all my babies – you can see I like cars from a broad spectrum – well there is nothing like variety. I am just about sorted regarding having them all under wraps for the winter which makes a change from last year when my buying spree was a little crazed. But I always adopt the maxim ‘Ah sure it will all work itself out in the end’ – and so it has.

There is only a few possible tweaks I am thinking of making to the fleet. The Mk II Escort is for sale of course – as it has been for quite a while now and the status of the 504 is being considered. If I do get (as is my intention) a Mk II VW Golf GTI im afraid the 504 will have to go to make way for it.

I am quite enjoying this new fiscally responsible type of classic car ownership as is my bank manager – but a relapse is always just lurking around the corner so I am keeping away from Ebay and I don’t bring any money with me to classic car shows – well you just can’t be careful enough you know.

Not many survived the rust attack.
Drove a Cloverleaf many years ago, one of THE nicest cars of the day - once you got used to the wooly/notchy gearchange !!!
What condition is yours in ? Is it stock or the engine breathed on ???

Mine is the 1.3Ti and its totally original - I agree about the gear change - needs getting used to. Mine is in great condition - only bought it recently from UK (sold my previous 1983 1.5Ti - which was also rust free but needed some work to get it ready for road and I did not have the time. )

Nice collection. I love the Alfasud and have nice memories of a pre-facelift break version.

Nice Alfasud, those are cool little cars. Too bad we don't get cars like them over here.

Nice. I like them. I'd prefer Alfa over any Italian cars at the same class anytime.

I may have asked this already, but where abouts in Kerry do you live?? My family is from there and we often visit in the summer. We have a small house on Valentia Island, and of course are supporters of the Kerry county Gaelic Football team!
