also, the ad says 3 bedroon but in nebraska you cant count rooms in the basement as bedrooms so in reality its 4 bedroom 3 bath room.

You would probably see European-like prices in most of the urban regions of the US. The midwest and south sees a lot of cheaper housing, giving you nice bang for the buck.Nice, good luck with the new home.
