Very nice pics indeed. I personally like the Murcielago and the Lancer.

I need some help from you all.
I have been going through my photos and others - and I thought I had photographed most of the cars - with plaques saying what they are -but a couple have slipped through.

Last was in the BMW tent is an HH race car. But what HH stands for and what year - I have no idea.
The first is a Singer motorcycle but I would like the year

The Alexis Ford formula car - again. the year?

And then there's the bonneville cars.
The First I have no idea - the #69 red car I'm after - not the truck
The poppyseed I think it was called I don't know hte year

    Thanks

    OK,

    the singer is from 1910

    the Alexis from 1968

    Read Head Streamliner, 1962

    a 1962 Pumpkin Seed

and the BMW-engined car was constructed by Hermann Holbein in 1949

    Found a page about it.

It says it's 1981 as that is the year it was converted from a lakester to a streamliner. Lakester made it's first apearance as a lakester in 1976.

Edit: Wrong again. the oficial web page and bio puts it at 1986 that it became a streamliner

Well . . . my attempts to post images have hit a slight hitch.
I've apparently hit my upload limit for Flicr
    I'll try another site.
However the slideshow thing on flicr is nice
Goodwood was VERY crowded - as usual and some cars were simply impossible to photograph, as such the F40, 50, Enzo lined up.
So I've got 2 sets of images - My own and other peoples.
The first to links are to other peoples.

I'll post a link to the second half later.

Based on Goodwood standards, those were the most uninteresting cars anyway....

An illustration of difficulty to photograph.
I agree though . . . not the most interesting. It's funny how - at Goodwood the "Supercar paddock" is nearly always the least interesting.
This year the only thing worth looking at was the Caparo.
And the Acbion didn't manage to show up.

Agreed, I spent about 20-30 minutes there when they were working on the Caparo, just to get some good engine shots....The Climax Concept was not bad either...

    http://picasaweb.google.com/90foot/G...ey=OiW9AoR2iNU

I've another 600 I have yet to sort. But don't hold your breath
Oh and some of the file names are wrong. Here's the corrections - that I can remember:
    XJR6 is 85
    Lancia LC2 is 84
    Gilera TARF is 48
    Ford F3L is 66

If you should see a man walking down a crowded street talking aloud to himself, don't run in the opposite direction, but run towards him, because he's a poet. You have nothing to fear from the poet - but the truth.
