If we're talking good AI. I find the bots in UT3 to be pretty damn skilled. loving the demo right now. Holding out for the ps3 version next year.

UT3 is great, i agree the AI is quite nifty

COD series is the pinnacle of the scripted, uber-linear shooter. It offers no "alternative" much like all the hollywood movie, just with you playing the main character, according to the script. With that basis, the games have been quite brilliant. You cannot judge them in other context because it isn't fair. Half-Life is like the middle ground, still much scripted, but a bit more freedom in the world(with less cinematic bits).

COD4's MP though is quite its own animal, fast paced, balanced class system, and more immersive than CS....

Everywhere you look there are CoD4 vs Crysis being discusses since they're both FPS's came out around the same time. Besides, CoD4 is really the same game as CoD2 set in a different era. It would actually be quite funny if Infinity Ward sets the next one in the future.

i can't stand the martyr perk...i refuse to use it, it breaks up play too much sometimes. on levels like vacant it really is effective though
M16 + silencer, UAV jammer perk = 31 to 1 kill/death ratio on bog 973 xp points from that match

I play mostly 15+ person Team games so "breaking up play" isn't really an option. I've got all the attachments for the M4, and I really like it. It's the gun I use most (unless it's a small map; I use the MP5). But I'm working on getting attachments for the M16 now. M203 <3

Bog's a tight map, too. CM you see me on send me an invite. I think I finally found a game to pull me away from Forza.

Edit: Martyr perk = you die and you drop a live grenade. Anyone near by = dead. GGz report.

i just think it's a bit cheap and annoying, but adds to the chaos on maps like vacant. If youwant to kill people after dying, use the last stand perk - it's hilarious, especially if you get someone else with it on

will do. my net connection is a bit sluggish they'll be local games, so won't be too favourable for your ping, but it can work

actually sizmos tried just that, with the M21 and everything. last kill of that match was me grenading him

Level 28 and counting. I've found a few setups that work for me. M4 +ACOG, MP5 + Silencer, and M16 + M203 seem to get the job done depending on the map.

And I love love LOVE claymores.

You can either stay at 55 or start over. If you start over you get a special icon next to your name.

Perfect gun: M16A2+red dot scope+deep impact+stopping power=Amazing accuracy, abundant ammo due to the 3 round burst of the M16, ability to shoot through most structures, and a massive amount of headshots, and pwnage.
