    Alpine-Renault A110 Group IV 800S - the ultimate rear-engine RWD rally car

    henk4 and I are going to come to blows if one of these comes up for sale

    What are we lusting after ? Only the most beautiful rally car ever built !

    Here's some scans of a restored 1973 works car.

    710kg
    1800cc
    170bhp
    standing 1km in 25.8s ( anyone compare that with 1/4mile ?? )

    not quite, I am looking for a more civilised version, but if this one was given to me I wouldn't say no. (I would know a potential buyer )
