"A woman without curves is like a road without bends, you might get to your destination quicker but the ride is boring as hell'
A grate name in the history of racing James Jim or jimmy Clark Jr. OBE was a British Formula One racing driver from Scotland, who won two World Championships in years 1963 and 1965.
^^^^^^^^ as well as INDY and Formula 2 and sportscars and saloon cars, all raced and won while also competing in Grand Prix !!
If you go depp in the woods at Hockenheim whre the old circuit ran you can still find the original marker ....
JYS said it best about Jim .... "He was so smooth, he was so clean, he drove with such finesse. He never bullied a racing car, he sort of caressed it into doing the things he wanted it to do."

RIP Jimmy
There was a great doc on the BBC a few weeks ago about the horror of Grand Prix driving in the '60s They had some interview with drivers from back then and the attitude as the sixties progressed was pretty much "what happens happens." You could tell that none of the lethality really truly hit home for the drivers until Clark died.
here i have video for the fans of Jim Clark, wins 1963 Belgian Grand Prix
