Outgame series - what the hell is this?

I honestly don't have any clue. I've heard and read about this several times today. The thing is that on July, 13 Formula-1 comes to Moscow to make some action. It is still unknown which teams or drivers will be present, but the 'track' was named - several streets will be closed for F-1 show. But every source writes about it as a part of ".... International 'Outgame' (or maybe a bit different in English) racing series ...."
Any suggestions?

Oh, and they also say it will be an Outgame series Grand Prix. I'm very intrigued.

I don't really know, but the Outgames I know are a sporting event hosted by the gay community... I don't think we're talking about the same thing.
