Lowndes had a good run but when that wheel ricochet off Richards car, it was over.

Briscoe and Richards should go well barring an technical maladies, but I don't really think they'll win. Lowndes is definately a good chance. Is he partnered with Whincup, cause if so, they've DEFINATELY got a great chance of winning if they're together. I think Winterbottom should get a look in as well, he's been having a good season and racing on higher level. Skaife and Tander and the Kelly's are going to be hard to beat, remember last year Skaife won after a pretty dismal year, and if HRT can iron out all the technical difficultes they'll be there at the end.

I rekon Lowndes will be a chance as 888 usally go fairly well in the enduro races, Lowndes threw it away when he had gapped the feild and was pushing over the top of the mountain. If that didnt happen he would of won barring mechanical probs as he had plenty of car speed.

All the top teams have a chance this year be it HSV/HRT, 888, Perkins, FPR, Tasman, Stone Bros. I rekon supercheap might struggle and BOC.

Personally would love to see FPR and 888 finish 1,2, would shut up all my holden mates for a while.

Secretley would love to see TRD up there, probably wont happen though

I'll go for Courtney/Seton...my backup is Lowndes/Whincup. Of course it will all depend on which down-the-order Holden that HRT orders to either beach itself in a sandtrap or cause an accident in the last 10 laps, thus bringing out the safety car and/or taking out any Fords threatening HRT.....see if I'm wrong..
