I'm one of the starters of the UCP BATracer seasons (along with twinspark).

I won't be competing however. It usually gets boring and really obnoxious to have to go through setups and such every day. And you can't forget to do something

I'll have to disagree with that, if you play the 3 seasons at a time, which is the maximum for non-KoolTools players, KT isn't that useful. Mostly it just spares some time when setting up for the wet and other smaller things, and the effect is more visible when you have the 10+ seasons running. If I hadn't wanted to play more seasons at once, I wouldn't have bought it.

In wet weather, KT can help to generate a somewhat good setup and then can be fine tuned.

Well, KT only makes it easier. Without it you can still calculate the same values for wet weather, it's just slower. Which isn't a big deal if you're non-KT and are restricted to 1 game of each type at a time.

i got a podium today in the wet without kool tools on my 4th race. I'm sure it would help but its still doable. btw does the poll closing mean thre will be no official ucp batracer league?

I'm not sure but I don't think we ever had a full field in the past seasons. Of course we could always fill the game with players from outside the forum, like in the past, but in my opinion we'd need more players from the forum to start.

As for the thread topic, I don't think there's a point in changing it. It'd be outdated if we had another member interested in joining the game.
