Wow! Ferrari pitted both cars during Safety Car lap which put Massa still in the lead plus put MS behind Alonso! Looks to be a mistake.

They must have thought they had enough lead to pull off a double pit play.

Button's in 4th and Schumi has made a couple of mistakes.

One of the best races thus far, lots of battles all over the course.

Mistakes by MS and Team Ferrari IMO left him second.

good finish.....Alonso should send fruit basket to Liuzzi since that basically helped him to finished ahead of MS.....without that safety car it would've been a Ferrari walkover...

Kimi might be doing slightly better in the championship if he didn't keep crashing, his fault or not... must say, will be annoyed if he goes to Ferrari or Renault, but at least we have Hamilton and Paffett

So you wouldn't be opposed to PDLR going?

Even though he can put a race together in the McLaren?

Renault paid tribute to Giancarlo Fisichella after he sacrificed his chances in the Turkish Grand Prix to avoid a collision with team-mate Fernando Alonso.

World championship leader Alonso extended his advantage over Michael Schumacher to 12 points with second place but he had Fisichella to thank for his selfless decision at the start.

As the cars funnelled into turn one, Fisichella was directly behind Alonso but chose to lock his brakes and spin, rather than hit his team-mate.

He dropped to the back after pitting for a new front wing before fighting back to finish sixth.

Engineering director Pat Symonds offered thanks to the Italian, saying: "We must not forget to congratulate Giancarlo today, who put in a fantastic drive.

"He put himself out at Turn One to ensure that he did not collide with Fernando, which was a very sporting move.

"After that his drive from the back was a pleasure to watch."
    I liked Fisi until now!
