my choice for mustang would have to be a GT500 nothing else. definately nothing newer than a 73 EXCEPT for an 84-86 SVO those were pretty cool
However i think i would have to pick a 70-73 Camaro (SS) over any mustang cause i just love that body style so much even over the original 67-69 camaros.
Although itd be a REAL tough decision between the 70-73 Camaro and a 71 HemiCuda. it'd HAVE to be a 71 to be considered even cause that grill is cool and the round taillights just looks bad on that bodystyle.
Mustang. Particularly the GT350.
I'm curious as to why you would choose the GT500 over the GT350, the 350 would eat the 500 alive ... better acceleration, top speed, braking and handling.Originally Posted by john0877

1968 BRG Mustang (i.e. the one from the movie bullet) man steve mcqueen was a lucky bitch...
A 67 z28 would be nice. Does anybody know the specs on the little-known chevy 302?

Awesome engine !!
I did some searching and instead of copying all this info to here I'll just link it HERE
the 440 was a great engine but far from best i like fords but the best engines came from mopar. the 426 hemi was the best by far and the only other real competitors were 427s in the vetts becuase they are so light and the super 429 cobra jet and the 428 cobra jet and that came out of a mustang. the best camaro ever made was not the yenkos but the 427 copo camaro (central office production order) it was a plane looking camaro with the 425 hp 427 yenko engine
Mustang 429 BOSS.
i'd take a 69 yenko or the old mach 1(forgot which year it first came). or the shelby GT500.

A '69 Camaro. God I loved the design on those models. Very beautiful and powerful cars. Unfornately, the Mustang lives on, while the Camaro has been put to rest in the great car dealer in the sky.
