    Did the factory ever make a V8 Torana?
    Also, were there any notable non-factory but well done conversions á la Perana Capri?

    The later models, such as the ones in post 4 Pic 1+2 had factory fitted V8's (although Holden's V8 started at only 4.2L). The earlier models like the one in pic 4 almost got one before the media had a fit.
