The mods and Wouter are usually pretty good about warning and explaining before a banishment. Wouter warned Jim last week that if he required moderation one more time, he would be banned. Just today, Wouter changed Jim's sig more than once with Jim changing it back in between Wouter's changes. I was asked by Wouter to relay a message to Jim through MSN that if he changed it one more time he would be banned. Jim promptly changed it and was immediately banned.

he made a complete bad decision, and ignoring wouters warning thats stupid. guess i cant have a sense of humour on this. Which is a good thing. yer i agree, now i understand and agree strongly. Plus i have learnt something out of this which cannot be re-done.
