    THE most advanced sea surface detection tech around and canned because the army/Navy/RAF want things to fight with rather than things to protect the most open borders around and to save people at sea.

    Diverting them to land use wasn't the cleverest idea, but we did go and get involved in fighting battles we'd no right undertaking
