    Shadow MkI AVS

    The design of this car was so far ahead of it's time, that I don't really understand that this car was no match for the all-conquering McLaren's of that period...

    Similar to the Chaparral 2J however nothing can beat that for sheer audacity or overengineering short of running slots in the middle of the track and little pins between the front wheels.

    I don't know a lot about this car; why is it so special? Other than small frontal area and top speed?
