Looks like a Lancia Statos with Ferrari badging all over it. The Statos actually has the same power plant (engine) as the Ferrari Dino did.
Not sure what it is just yet, but see no Ferrari badges anywhere, and it certainly isn't a Stratos.

No, thought of OTAS and Lombardi too. Maybe English kit builder... profile (if somewhat squared off) is Piper-esque.
And those side coves reveal something less than Italian.

Can anyone ID this car? It is thought that it was involved in a hit and run case in my town and they do not have any leads. I am in no way involved in the case or know the victim. I am just hoping to use the power of the internet to help ID this car.
