Isle of Man TT Races rated 'No 1 must see event of 2006'

    from www.imott.com

In a further boost to the resurgence of the Isle of Man TT races, Motor Cycle News, the UK's leading motorcycle publication, have rated it as their Number One event for 2006.

The weekly newspaper compiled 50 events in total, which they recommend their readers visit during 2006 and the world famous TT races came out on a top. In MCN's own words, 'The TT is a fortnight of pure biking heaven and the greatest display of motorcycle racing on the planet - it's a real celebration of everything that's best about motorcycling and two-wheeled racing'.

Next year is the 100 year anniversary of the race. So it's guaranteed to get the recommendation for 2007 too

Men & Motors was flooded with coverage last year, there was even a show that implyed it was just a lap of the track from one camera mounted on the side of one bike, but they had to cut bits out so they could stick adverts for Miami Vice in the middle. Gits.

Duke DVD has a number of laps on sidecar, senior and superbikes.
It would have been one of those they used.

SHame, you're missing one of THE best events ever

Actually the M&M coverage in 2004 was pretty much based on ALL the Greenligh footage who do the Duke videos. So you get good, if limited shots for "free".
