I know, I know. I am t alking about the ideal world though - no pollution no filth, we'd have to sacrifice the things we love - cars, and things like, well I dunno, pointless packagaing.

In an ideal world we wouldn't know cars therefore we wouldn't like them and we wouldn't be frustrated.

Yet there are, and we like are damn cars and we're gonna keep driving them! Humanity isn't all that bad. At least we have some sense of responsibility to the earth. I mean, we treat her like an annoying girlfriend - bad, but not bad enough for a disaster to happen and for her to freak out and kill / break up with us.

I'm sure many people will disagree with that.

You think we treat the earth well?

EDIT: I am not being fully serious in my analysis, so not to worry!

    Thx for the compliment

Drive one and you'll actually be surprised ! In 1,2,3 it gets a good acceleration with excellent fuel economy. Since I study to design the future cars, i can barely afford a thing ! I work my ass off at night to afford everything, so... Send me some money if you are so rich and i'd buy something you call a "proper" car. Or come and visit me, show me your license and have a drive in it. No need in reaching high speeds (120 km/h+) except for the one lucky time you get out of the traffic jams, into an empty highway, without police. Chance at that is 1/100...

No, I was talking about diesels. Nobody is going to buy a pasenger car with a diesel engine bcause Cadillac trashed its reputation with the SeVille Diesel 20 years ago. GM, who will cut as many corners as possible to save a buck, made the engine out of aluminum with steel inserts in teh cylanders. Well, the steel inserts would eventaully wear away, and since aluminum is such a soft metal, teh high compression of the deisel would make the engine slowly tear itself apart.

In the United States. That is what I meant, in the Us, because again, Cadillac all but killed their reputation.
