Cedric - I sound like a chipmunk on there. Some friends of mine were like, "were you going through puberty?" I was like, no I was already 20, I just sound like a girl.

I used to like Top Gear. I love cars, but this car has now been aimed at people who want more fun than more knowledge. Dont get me wrong, its not a crap program, its just that i want to know about cars a nd what they can do, not what people can do to cars.

^^ I agree with you up to a point. Its lost the objective status it used to give. Now it feels its all about how JC feels while he does the roadtest, if hes in a good mood or not!!

Oh, and its really unfair that JC does all the cool car tests, Hammond gets psycho-cars that he looks tiny compared to, and May gets the Civic. Teach him how to drive, and put him in the new Murci!!!

I picture more of a smilie with a trail of drool....

<-- but I wouldnt mind doing that to Kimberly!! [unintentionally, that could be taken in two ways, and one is not for watershed! I meant the normal way!]

back to topic!! Is it Plato from 5th Gear? He really gets on my nerves. Hes so cheesy, cant believe some of the stuff he was saying to the girls.... he might be good at driving, but give us a break. Tiff is a smooth operator, decent bloke.

I thought that motor-powered canoe and Rally 4x4 race was good. Ironic that Hammond crashed into an Ice berg lol. I was surprised they had buring petrol on the show considering that they have complaints about how un-environmentally friendlt they are...but oh well it was still cool seeing a Z06 racing fire.

The XK was a good review. I agree with you there Cotterik. I saw one a few weeks ago, driving on the M20 towards Dover, I thought it was a pagani Zonda from the sound but then when it went past I thought "woooo its an XK". Nice looking car so I hope Jag do alright out of it. But they said that it doesnt really look like an aston but I think it does look like the DB9 Volante. And also the SuperAmerica or 550 Maranello from the side.

I liked that line JC said: "The 6 series has an engine like...a nuclear bomb"

Im hesitantly looking forward to the new 911 Turbo review from them. Its got great reviews in magazine articles Ive read, but I can imagine it turning out to be another M5-style review... complain about random things for 10 mins, then in the last two say how its the best thing ever.
