I'm very satisfied with their customer service, the people who "moan" about them are the ones sending them 8 emails per day about when there wheel gets deliverd. I've always gotten a reply within a day and spare parts send to me for free. I feel they are more then adequate in terms of quality and customer support.

There were a lot of delays on the wheels ...but I'm not referring to that....I'm referring to customers who have had issues after receiving the wheel.

Probably growing pains with the new product...but still it got on the market with problems.

Latest patch added shift animations to most of the cars, AFAIK.

Do you have legs now? I remember seeing a youtube vid in which the in-car crash revealed that you had no legs.

It is the Vspec , has all the major companies kits aswell which is nice.

Currently upgrading it, Cant decide wether i want to tune it to drift or not.

EDIT: Ended up tuning it for drift with the RWD drivetrain swap, Spun twice on fujimi kaido and lost 25 thousand drift points, Still finished a single lap with 126,544 points. Good tune.
