    japanese touge or circuit racing?

i have seen touge races and i get a kick out of it. they are thrilling to say the least, but, i miss my circuit races and the passing and battle that goes on in these. do touge races permit passing or is it just about trying to keep up or leave your opponent behind? tell me what you think please...

IIRC you can pass in touge only if the road is wide enough, so a lotta the time it is about maintaining, increasing, or decreasing the distance between the cars.

"No. My Finnish is fine; I am from Finland. Do you have any water?"

The point of touge is not as Initial D puts it, to be the first, rather it's more of a who reduces/increases the lead.
I'm dropping out to create a company that starts with motorcycles, then cars, and forty years later signs a legendary Brazilian driver who has a public and expensive feud with his French teammate.

I don't quite like their cars.

By the way, that togue thing isn't held with closed roads, is it?

Thats an incredibly open statement. Like saying all drag races are held on dragways.

Well I was asking. I'm not familiar with that sort of thing.

Its held on a mountian run - started off entirely illegal, but now circuts in japan even have replicated touge chutes for drifters/racers to have fun on (complete with lane markings!)

But I'd say yes, the vast majority of touge is held on open roads.

Wow, they have room to actually replicate that stuff? Must be expensive as hell.

I was exaggerating, but seriously speaking:

    - I hate the overly flambouyant/colorful Japanese culture that comes off in their: clothing, style, music, comedy, and persona.
    - I hate Anime and such.
    - I hate drifting.
    - I hate Honda/skyline/turbo fanboys.

Anything outside of that is fine by me. Obviously these are all stereotypes that I've inflated but it annoys me. The same way dumb Americans probably annoy Europeans.

This video is the epitomy of what I dislike. It makes me want to throw my laptop at my dog.
