How much does a Kombi weigh?

Me and my friend have a little dispute. It really is little. But we want to know if his 1975 VW Kombi weighs more than my 1988 Nissan Pulsar GX. I thought it would, but they're pretty empty aren't they? And he says it's pretty light. They aren't even that big if you compare them to modern cars.
But it's quite hard to find weight listings on the internet. UCP, save me. =]

What Kombi are you talking about? The 1500/1600 version of the pontoon sedan? Or the micro bus?

Id personally say the Kombi as it would have used more metal in its creation than the pulsar, coupled with its larger size (thereofre more metal).
I want to die in my sleep like my Grandma, not screaming like the other 3 people in her car.

Err. One of these bad boys. Which would be the micro bus I guess.

I'm also unsure as to how much my Pulsar would weigh. At a guess I'd say 1200kg...

It's not worth that. I'm quite sure the information is available here somewhere.
