ERF was the last independent UK truck manufacturer until about 2000-2001 when it was taken over by MAN (actually they were already owned by the Canadians Western Star, but I digress).
The ECS model you see here was the first product post-MAN takeover, but it was still an ERF chassis-driveline with a modified MAN cab.
Now of course, all ERF models are more or less rebranded MANs.
By the way, the third pic is an EC model (not ECS) which was a 'proper' ERF.
