Dominance has been given a new dimension by Audi. Le Mans was the podium Audi chose to showcase their engineering abilities. After a first try in 1999 with a coupe and open version of the R8 racer, they returned in 2000 with the R8 featured. Audi not only managed to take the overal victory, second and third fell to the team as well.

Audi R8. The best Le Mans car in the world. Its light weight of 900kg is fantastic, considering it produces 610hp. Very nice design. One of my favourite cars by Audi, other than the Rosemeyer and RS6.
