Best known for their work as the official carriage-maker to the Viennese royal family, Austrian coachbuilder Armbruster was responsible for the body of this 680 S. It features unusually scalloped sides, which are further accentuated by the two-tone scheme that was later adopted; the cars was delivered painted white, perhaps as a tribute to the type's racing exploits. Beautifully restored, it is seen here at the 2008 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
