Chassis:
This T163 was acquired by gentleman racer Gary Wilson through Lola's North American distributor Carl Haas. Wilson raced the car in the 1969 Can-Am, scoring a total of seven points. He continued to race the car, appropriately entered under #19, during the 1970 season as well. Thanks to a strong 4th place finish at Elkhart Lake and a fifth at Mid-Ohio, he ended the year with 27 points. It was then raced by a subsequent in a few local events before it served as a promotional tool in a bar. Later in the decade, it was converted to road use but it has since been restored back its original configuration.
