Chassis:
The third and final N180 built, this example debuted in the hands of Tiff Needell in the Monaco Grand Prix. Clocking the 26th fastest time, he failed to qualify for the race. It continued to be used by the Ensign team for the remainder of the season but with little success. In 1983, the car resurfaced, equipped with an all-enveloping body for use in the Intereserie championship. In this guise, it was campaigned by Ruedi Jauslin well into the 1987 season.
