Chassis:
Dutch coach-builder Veth & Zoon clothed just two Derby Bentleys and this one was commissioned by a Mr Van Linge. He requested the car to resemble a Mercedes-Benz 540 K Roadster. The car was used extensively on the road in The Netherlands before it made its way to the United States, like so many of its contemporaries. Here it was restored during the 1980s before it was sold to the UK in 1992. It has since been refurbished once more and subsequently shown and used at select events throughout Europe.
