Chassis:
The second of a pair of T212s acquired by Karl von Wendt racing, this car was initially raced by Von Wendt himself. It was also driven by Jean-Pierre Jabouille and Gijs van Lennep before it was handed to Helmut Marko after he had damaged the sister car. On his way to the championship, the Austrian used this car to win at Clermond Ferrand, Hockenheim and Imola. Chassis HU23 was also used in the South African Springbok series. It is believed to have been in Belgian hands later in the 1970s and then re-appeared in the mid-1980s. Among the more recent owners were noted collectors and historic racers Richard Griot, Steven Read and Gregoire Audi.
