The last classical |

"This car cannot be classified in the normal classes for cars. Extremely expensive, strong, ""thirsty"" In the car has been invested more money than for the whol design of the first generation of the Arnage's. And it is incredible how fast it can be driven. In the interior you see, why the car costs so much. Finest leather and wood-trims, handwork. I wonder how many people have made the comparison between the interior of this car and the competiotrs. BMW 7-Series, S-Class look like taxis... These cars should be thought more as a piece of art. The best that the british car industry can present. It is the last of an era... No wonder if the used car prices are still inredibly high!" |
only for those with no hurry! |

"in my search for a new; and most important feature; fast and sportive luxury saloon, i just could not skip this english upperclass model. last monday; 21 july; i paid a visit to arden automobilbau gmbh in krefeld, brd. a well known tuning company, especially for that other english car brand; jaguar. i drove the bentley for about 30 minutes, through krefeld, on a country road and off course on the autobahn.A57 and A44 for those who are familiar there. Where it easily reached 200 km/h. sadly, the owner and a bad passenger indeed so he said because he was afraid to sit next to the driver at speeds over 200 km/h. that i can imagine. you never know what the driver will do.you are no longer under control. but if you want to sell the car, you must either let the customer drive alone or you must trust the driver. however i got a rather good impression of this car. it is far too weak for me, especially in corners. i prefer german autobahn saloons like brabus- and amg-mercedes. i like driving at high speeds, 200 km/h is nothing. this arnage t can go fast but is at its best in easing down the owner. you feel very relaxed, very arrived, very pleased in driving at normal speeds. this car doesn't have to show its power by doing 300 km/h but just by being there. and isn't that the greatest achievement in life." |

today i went to a newly opened showroom of bentley. they also displayed the EXP speed 8. over here the bentley costs around a million dirhams that nearly as much as the lambo diablo & murcielago & rolls royce silver seraph. the worker let me in even though the showroom was closed.he didnt let me sit in the arnage T or even touch it but i got a good look at it from inside too.he told me that the continental gt is also coming in a few days. i got a brochure from the showroom worker. i read that each arnage is painted 120 times from the raw metal till the finished car.i didnt know that they made 119 mistakes in painting it [just kidding]. i always loved bentleys but i never saw one so close b4.this car is simply beautiful from every angle especially the 450 hp engine. |
For the driver. |

In my opinion Bentley do not currently have anything in their range that is suitable to be used for being driven in when compared to something like the Rolls Royce Phantom. However Bentley has out done itself wiht the Arnage T. This is a car that is not to be driven for you, this is car made to be enjoyed completely by the owner. |
Extravagance |

My uncle owns one here in Singaproe. S$800,000, which is about US$450,000, or 300,000 pounds. Though i never get to ride in one, i manage to see it in the flesh as well as feel it. It doesn't look like a S$800,000 car, and the interior is smaller than an S-Class! However, i presume most Bentley owners are drivers, coz my uncle prefers to drive then to be driven. I've heard also fuel consumption is sky-high! But since he can afford the Bentley, why worry about fuel consumption? This is the car for the super-rich. |

If money was not an option, I think that we would all be driving an Arnage T. 450hp pushes this car (according to an automotive magazine) to 60 in less than six seconds, providing a 14 second quarter as well, despite the 5750 curb weight that it boasts. The twin Garrett T3 turbochargers push 13.0 psi of maximum boost that nearly deny physics and brings out the increadable acceleration numbers. Besides the amazing numbers though, this car also shows Bentley class and refinement. And though the beast gets 10 to 15 mpg, its 26 gallon tank is ready for action. If only we could all afford that price tag from hell: $242,277. We better get to know and love this car, because this is what we'll be driving in heaven! |
