"you might think Daewoo would try and, if not perfect, at least try to make a decent ""conventional"" car before trying to do a ""Renault"". If any one has been unfortunate enough to get close to any Daewoo, let alone drive one you would know what Im talking about."

diesel...makes sense then... but normally these types of cars (people movers) are made for economy... i wouldnt say this is very economic, but i guess with that little bhp.... but its more of a 4WD offroad type engine.. but whatever i guess it probably isnt the problem. still i think most can agree, this is very way out there... and imo the styling is awful (interior)the concept..is ok although quite wild. Possibly somethig like it could be sucessful aimed at rich families... but i doubt many people in this world would buy this.

"The Japanese are also getting in on the act, they may have invented the thing ferchrissakes! Witness the Isuzu Zen. Mazda Secret Hideout (showcar, 2001 Tokyo)and the evergrowing love affair with vans. The American market has also endured one of these cars; The Honda Element. it's a ""combination Dorm/Base Camp for young People"". Hmmmm....."""

"The interior of this looks like a set from a 1960's space movie and the seats look as comfortable as a Wooden Toilet. But the icing on the cake is the fact that it can be, and I quote: ""Transformed into a bedroom, an office, a camper or even a cargo holder"". This isn't a freaking motor vehicle, it's a portable caravan with Futuristic stylings. Those crazy Koreans may love this stuff, but keep it the hell away from the western world."""

VT fusion, this is about a diesel engine, so your comments are rather out of place.

the interior of this car looks like a 60's prediction of what cars would look like by now! the chairs looke like they could break your back and it might just be me but where do your feet go?and a tv screen poping up almost in front of the driver?! Now a 3ltr v6 turbo... only 191hp? umm a regular v6 turbo should be more than that even if hardly tuned at all! i would think a turbo would at least be 250 odd horsepower... but no...they have a turbo for no reason, just to cost more... 191 hp could easily be obtained with a 3ltr NA engine!? i just dont get this car.

It is ugly, weak, and did you see those seats, ouch. I wouldn's want to ride in this thing.
 Daewoo, you say...

"Well, all I can say is that it looks interesting and the tech is certainly no mean feat. But I don't think the Daewoo brand has the Cachet to pull it off. From the start the Daewoo name O.S. from Korea as always meant cheap and cheerful, but not a real competitor. Witness one of it's first models, the Nexia, little more than a re-hashed Vauxhall Astra Mk1, and it certainly felt it. Newer models haven't really helped it's cause, such as the Nubira (cheap, but nowhere near the front of it's pack) the Leganza (the world wasn't ready for a ""premium"" Daewoo, and the excesses of chrome were grotesque) and the Lanos (let us never mention it again). Newer models show signs of improvement, such as the Magnus, the Tacuma, and the Kalos, but much more work is needed before Daewoo can become more than an also ran. with GM behind them I see big things though, should be good to watch, think of Korean car manufacturers as the Japanese of the 21st century, struggle along for a little while., then somehting will happen and they become mainstream, hopefully not another oil crisis, but with the way SUV sales are going in the U.S, anything's possible."""

This thing can't be addressed to the US market, its engine specifications are much too advanced.

This car could bring daewoo back in the top of the european market. if they would put it on the market right now.
