It's light, easy to mould, and cuts weight.
But it smells hideous and can be hell to fix.

i havent heard of this GRP before.. is it like fibre glass?

yeah thats what i thought but from the name im assuming it's a kind of lamanated material, like glass/plastic/glass/plastic, or something of the sort
