Return of the speed 12 ?
I know that Jim has already seen this but i thaught id show the rest of you 
800+bhp and on the prowl!
The TVR Cerbera Speed 12 has lived a life in the shadows of late. Although raced in the British GT series for a couple of years, the road car never made it into production. One road going prototype was shown at various meetings and features in TVR publicity shots but with over 800bhp, former owner of TVR felt that it didn't make a viable road car!
After considerable work, the prototype has been brought back to life. The 8 litre, 48 valve V12 engine is running again and is delivering an estimated 880bhp! That gives tyre shredding performance in any gear,
with the dash to 200mph quoted at just 14 seconds. Top speed is still a subject of much debate!
To mark its comeback, the Speed 12 is to make a number of high profile appearances, the first of which is at tonight's Gala launch for Sony's Gran Turismo 4.
