    The cars of the future

I just read matek's Bugatti thread and want to hear your opinion on specific cars.
Idea is this: Someone will post any car, which he thinks is somehow extreme, futuristic, weird (or just plain silly) and everyone can post an opinion about it.

I'll start with Pininfarina (or Maserati) Birdcage, because I think it's amazing. Would you like to see these cars driving on the streets of your city in 10-20 years? I definitely would. (BTW: I don't know for sure, but I've read that Pininfarina is considered as it's manufacturer of Birdcage and Maserati is just a brand owning it.)

could it be cars from 40 years ago that were 20 years ahead of their time?
Don't bother me, I'm probably working while posting...

I would like to see a Bugatti EB 16.4 Veyron, and since it's probably gonna take a few more years to come out, I call it sports car of the future which will be the legend of a decade, just like McLaren.

Peugeot Hoggar. I think it's a bit over the top with it's design. It still can be cool but I can't imagine a good place to drive in this car (unless we will explore and inhabit moon or mars.)

For me Hoggar looks much to heavy and unable to handle real offroad, like the jungle stages in Paris-Dakkar.

Wow that thing is awesome, must be an awesome off road car judging by it's tires and suspension!

I saw a short review of this ATV thing on Car and Driver television, I think it's pretty cool. But you can't really call it a car, well actually it does have four wheels so anyways.... It's called the Peugeot Quark, it's a pretty cool looking concept, like a street legal ATV. Check it out

Yeah, was thinking about Quark, but I couldn't figure out whether it's a car or motorcycle. I think closest thing to it is a quad and yes, I definetly would want to have one in my backyard (although I don't have a backyard )

Most of these arent cars as such, maily off road ATV's etc.

2ndclasscitizen mentioned Jeep Hurricane and I was wondering about this weird steering. Anybody know any other car concepts that have rear wheels which you can steer. I think there was a car which could turn all 4 wheels 90 degrees, so it can enter a parking space sideways, but I cant remeber. Anybody?
