if you compare the cars based only on stats .. you won;t get anywhere .. i don;t even look at the stats . for me . the racing gives it rank .. and the McLaren in racing was very good . but not a killer ... as it was the CLK GTR&LM

    1000 Enzos .. i don;t think so .. it not a porsche you know !!!! ...

Good to see the Metro 6R4 up there in 31 place. I went in my dads companies one around some back roads here in Essex, England. We were goin round a corner and i was begging for the road to be clear but a lorry was coming along it! Kevin (the driver in case you were wondering) stamped on the brakes and jesus can that thing stop! We pulled into a farm entrance to get out the way only to find that the lorry wanted to go in the farm! Typical! He also took me to an abandoned air field were he showed off his rally driving skills with powerslides, then we sat donuting for a while, what a laugh it was.

Is it just me. When I was looking at the title of the thread I was expecting to see a list of "sports cars". With that I mean, small two-seater, lightweight, small engined, roadsters. (e.g. MX-5, TR-6, MGB, etc.)

I feel there should be a better definition of cars.

    1) Sports Cars (as I defined earlier)
    2) GT Cars (front-engined rear-wheel drive i.e. AM Vantage, etc)
    3) Rally Cars (including Group B)
    4) Prototypes (as used in LeMans)
    5) Super Cars (e.g F50, McLaren F1)
    6) Sports Sedans (e.g. HSV, M-Series, etc.)

Hang on a minute, they are all raced on tracks. That's cars doing sports; i.e. sportscars. (Still, I visualise a sportscar as a light roadster)
We work to live, and to live is to drive a BMW 330i at speed.
